Safe-T® Ladder Extensions
Introducing the Guardian Safe-T Ladder Extension System, an innovative solution for enhancing ladder safety. Designed to seamlessly attach to the top of your ladder, it facilitates a secure and convenient transition from the ladder to elevated surfaces. Unlike traditional methods, this system eliminates the need for tools, drilling, or bolting during installation. With its remarkable effectiveness, it significantly improves ladder safety across various applications.
Once the Guardian Safe-T Ladder Extension System is installed, it offers two offsetting handrails that serve as walkthrough points for seamless ladder entry and exit. This patented equipment plays a crucial role in helping workers comply with OSHA standard 1926.1053(b). According to this regulation, when portable ladders are used to access higher landing surfaces, the ladder side rails must extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface.
